Hi Vardan. Welcome to the Chattanooga Hiking Meetup! We're a great bunch of friendly people that love to get together and enjoy the outdoors. Why don't you come out and join us soon? We're helping out with some trail maintenance on Saturday as our way of giving back to the community, and would love to have you join us if you're available to help. Unfortunately, our Sunday hike is full, but I see that you added yourself to the LeConte hike. That is going to be a great one, too.

To answer your second question. I have not climbed Grand Teton. I have visited the park and did a several hikes in the area. It quickly became my favorite place that I've visited so far and I can't wait to go back and explore some more. Happy Trails! - Heather

Good Morning! Thanks for getting in touch and sharing your stories. I hiked Mt. Washington in late September of 2001. I don't know how we got so lucky but the conditions were great. We talked to some folks that told us that it was unseasonably mild. I believe the temps were in the 40's, but it was sunny and the wind wasn't very heavy (can't remember what speed they were). Great trip with my sisters & brothers-in-law!
